Come on, that’s it!
This is what every insurance agency should do. This is such a common cliché used, but often actually not performed. Stop and think about it for a minute. How many times a day do you read this as you drive to work or walk down the street? It’s plastered everywhere and becoming almost blind in our daily vernacular of signage. Our society has come to expect this service, but often tolerate the lack of the simple statement, service with a smile.
